Called the number which ended up being I'll call in line to a call center, stated I had a broken tooth and would like to get rid of it ASAP, was told oh yeah they'll see you today there's room for walk-ins, go there not only did they not pull my tooth but they found "other problems" and wanted to suggest a full deep cleaning to clear gum"infection" after stabbing my gum line with the pick tool and making me uncomfortable pretty much tell me that all my fillings I've already had done need to be redone and quoted me $10,000 after insurance of work..... The only reason this isn't the one or zero star is because everyone there was actually amazing when it came to customer service it was very polite caring soft-spoken I'm very delightful to talk to and be around definitely recommend seeing a second opinion somewhere else at that price point I can buy a better car or half a year's rent

They were so great and kind and helped me make a plan to fix my teeth and helped with figuring out payments. Honestly no other place took the time to help me and go over different options with me to fit my needs. I highly suggest going here the team was great and made me feel good leaving the office. They weren’t pushy and showed me everything and let me decide which I’m so grateful for Thank you!

Everyone was very nice and got us in right away, but I was a little disappointed that they only gave us the quote for the most expensive set of dentures and kind of pushed it as being the best deal, which we did agree to. But when I asked what the next tier down was, they said they couldn't tell me since they had already ran the higher price tier through our insurance. But we've only been for the first visit so we will see how things go.

The staff was friendly! Prices are steep. Didn’t have any issues with my visit; the front desk, techs, dentist, office manager were all very nice and explained everything well, i just don’t think i’ll return for any major procedures due to pricing. Their deep cleaning costs are definitely a bit out there compared to others, as well as their oral surgeon not accepting insurance, making the costs skyrocket. Although, the price for their aligners I would say are fair.

⸻ I had an absolutely amazing experience at Aspen Dental — truly a 5-star visit from start to finish! Covie, the receptionist, is incredible. She’s knowledgeable about insurance, makes scheduling effortless, and if you ever need to reschedule, she handles it with complete ease and kindness. She’s truly the face of the office — you can literally hear her smile through the phone. Seri, the technician, is simply wonderful. She made me feel like my smile was the star of a photo shoot! I felt so confident and cared for that I honestly didn’t want to leave. And then there’s Dr. Abdullah — “DOC” as everyone calls him. His energy is unmatched. You can feel the positivity throughout the office. At one point, I could even hear him vibing to “Jerusalema” in the background — it just showed how happy and connected the team is. It’s clear this is a workplace where people genuinely love what they do. DOC has a special way of making every patient feel important, and that same energy carries through the entire staff. I’m so grateful I chose this office. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had — I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
